building  stories

At Go Church, we focus on encountering God, fostering friendships, and serving our community. For seven years we have seen God’s faithfulness in every facility we have used. Now, we are building a permanent home at Runway 35 North, located at I-70 and Central Park Blvd. to celebrate our stories and inspire new ones. Let’s go!

YOUR building stories COMMITMENT

The best is yet to come! We’re asking that you join together will us to see God’s vision become reality. Will you pray about sacrificially giving to Building Stories? This is a two-year initiative that began in May 2023. There is still time to make a lasting difference!

You can make a commitment using the form and then set up giving. Thank you! Let’s go!

why do we need a building?

Over the past 7 years, Go Church has met in an apartment, a library, a school auditorium, two retail spaces, and now finally, we are building our own facility! We feel incredibly blessed to have served our community on many scales throughout the years, and are excited to have a place that will facilitate ministry opportunities, community engagement, worship, service, and growing the Kingdom of God.

A major win will be having our adult, student, and kids ministries all on the same campus for Sunday Worship Experiences! We cannot wait to be all together under one roof, experiencing God and friendship together. Building and paying off the facility will help us model stewardship and enable more finances to be invested into our mission to live local, go global, and live like Jesus.

  • “Building Stories” is a new campaign that points to a future facility, but is birthed from the heart of Go Church.

For 7 years, we’ve been sharing stories about why Go Church exists, how God has moved in people’s lives since, and what we have seen happen in our community. Now, it’s time for all of us and our stories to have a permanent home to facilitate more stories!

There are over 30,000 people in Central Park. Just like you, they have a story that is yet to be told. Our hope is that building this facility will help to tell their stories.

So we aren’t just constructing a facility, we are “Building Stories.”

  • One of our values is giving. We want to always be growing in our generosity. Faith isn’t static, so our response to God’s provision shouldn’t be either. Beyond that, God will often lead us through stretch-points.

We will be stretched at different points and in different ways, but all intended to facilitate our growth. Building stories is a financial self-discipline stretch-point to help create something that is bigger than any of us.

  • We want to break ground in September 2023. We have our architecture plans, landscape, civil engineering, and more already completed. We are working with the City of Denver to finalize all the small details.

  • If you have a gift that you like to offer before commitment Sunday on May 7, you are welcome to do so. You can give in the following ways:

In-person: At our Sunday Worship Experiences at 10AM

By mail: Go Church 8693 East 55th Ave. Denver CO 80238

    Via Venmo: @gochurch

    Online: https://pushpay.com/g/gochurch/

    Via text: (833) 890-6232

  • The space we have designed will accommodate small, medium, and large groups. We will have a flexible space that will enable us to offer all types of ministries that our current facilities struggle to accommodate. The staff and leadership of Go Church are always dreaming and planning new ministries to offer once our building project is complete. In the end, we will have space to accommodate ministries and our community in ways that we haven’t even envisioned yet!
